This Thursday, join us to hear Dr. David Curiel and Dr. Toni Pearson to talk about their respective works in gene therapy. Dr. Curiel will talk about his development of viral-based CRISPR/Cas9 vehicles to deliver gene therapy agents. Dr. Pearson also works with gene vector therapy, applying it to a rare brain disorder in children that causes severe physical disabilities, which in early research trials, is showing great promise.
